Sleep here since 2018 3/4 times / month this hotel is Perfect the staff is the better I ever met in my entire professional life ! Sleep here for work, I know a lot of hotel around the world and I can tell you ! If you choose another one you will miss something Furthermore just front of the station ! Every room have a very large good bed , air conditioner towels bathrobes fridge ! Really a good one ! And since a while there are a sport room The breakfast is for everyone from everywhere you will find your happiness ! Staff talk kindly and will take care of you They Speak english German french spanish Italian! Enjoy it

I selected this hotel because I wanted to be close to the train station and it's right next door. It's a charming hotel with friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Room is basic, a little small, but it was clean and had the necessary amenities and bed was comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and got one (it faced the inner courtyard). There are many restaurants nearby and the old town of Geneva is about 20 mins walk away. All in all the hotel served my needs.

The hotel is practically in the main train station, yet we cannot hear the sound of the station at night on the other side of the building,. The service was good. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere, but if you're practical, …

The location is very close to the station, the rooms are spacious - not too clean, the carpeting is a bit dusty - but good amenities in the bathroom with clean towels and toiletries. There is a dining table and small kitchenette so good enough to cook even. And the reception is very kind and helpful

Excellent location with friendly staff. The service was fantastic and we were allowed to get in the room early in the morning. The hotel is right next to the train station which makes it very convenient when traveling with luggage.

I have stayed here before on several occasions, and it has always been good. As was this visit. I didn't partake of the breakfast options because as an international traveller with extremely tight timelines, I didn't have time! Yet on the one occasion I had breakfast it was very disappointing. There was almost nothing left in terms of hot food, and the lady in charge gave me only 15 minutes, even though I arrived before the 10am deadline. Sorry, not good enough! My other criticism was on the WiFi quality. On several occasions in my six day stay, I could not connect. That's third world stuff! Those things aside, the stay was good, and should I return to Geneva I will stay again at MontB. But please fix the issues raised.

We spent one night in Zurich and so stayed in this hotel. Had we been staying 2 nights I would have found a different hotel. It was in a great location right next to the train station. However, that is a bit of a hike from downtown Zurich. It was under construction. The room was not the cleanest. The staff was amazing though. I would not recommend that you stay here.

Not so happy customer, The assigned receptionist did not follow up on issues that was addressed||But the other receptionist assigned transfer us to different room. But it was hard as we just got back from a very tiring tour. wanting to get rest than moving all our stuff that was all out from our luggage. Really a pain!
